Brazil Foundation of Australia

Brazil Foundation of Australia was established in Sydney, NSW, Australia as an Incorporated Association. It endeavours to raise awareness of the initiatives of the Brazilian non-profit organizations. It makes annual discretionary grants in the fields of Education, Health, Human Rights, Citizenship (including local community development) and Culture.

Brazil Foundation of Australia raises funds in the Australia for the purpose of sponsoring qualified social investments in Brazil. We raise funds through mobilization initiatives such as the Brazil Film Festival, and other cultural and social events featuring Brazilian social leaders as guest speakers, and the Brazil Foundation’s Annual Gala Benefit. These activities are intended to not only raise funds but also to develop a growing community of donors who are increasingly more aware of their role in creating a more just Brazil.

Brazil Foundation of Australia offers confidence to both individual and corporate donors that their donated resources are used directly to support grassroots social initiatives in Brazil.
